Last night I made Pioneer Woman’s Roasted Red Pepper Pasta!
First of all. YUM! It was so fun to make.
Second of all. I heart the Pioneer Woman so much. I want to visit her farm, see her herd of horses, make some amazing meal and have Mike borrow a pair of her cowboy husband’s chaps…haha!

I love any recipe where you saute onions, something about them always makes the house smell amazing!
Em was tremendously entertained when I got out the Cusinart to puree the mixture of sautéed onions and roasted red peppers. Is anyone else TERRIFIED of the blade in these things like I am?! If someone breaks in my house, that would be my weapon of choice!
EVERYONE ate this meal too! Even the 8 month old enjoyed them with sauce and all! Mike thinks we should try some spicy andouille sausage in the mix next time. He had me at next time.
