My beautiful, youthful, athlete college teammate Mandy let me in on a little fit mama secret this past week when we were out at a country bar (a story for another time). The 30 Day Shred is a thing! And when you can’t get out for a run, this Jillian (never heard of her…haha just joking) helps you stay in shape!
I used soup cans for the free weights…really technical gym equipment I know! But as always, yet another reason to “Get YE to a Target!”
Side Note: Country Dancing, now THERE’S a way to get in shape! Whew!
